We are seeking Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Redwood UX, VBCS, and Fusion HCM transformation initiatives. The role combines functional HR expertise with advanced Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI-powered HCM workflows using Oracle Agentic Studio.
• Configure Redwood UX and personalized employee experiences.
• Develop applications using VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Manage Core HR, Payroll, Talent, ORC, and Compensation modules.
• Lead integrations, upgrades, testing, and release activities.
