Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Real estate experience in Dubai and proven community expert in one area.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Languages:
Russian, German, and Arabic.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Role Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling primary and secondary real estate properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of  highly presentable to be consumer-facing when required.
Adhere to real estate laws and have a good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
