Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound phone calls.
- Introduce the company’s products and services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients and generate sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or English speaking candidates are preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
