Job Summary
Hausfit Technical Services LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing design solutions, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, project scope, and budget.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and procurement recommendations.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide design support during execution.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions for compliance with approved designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of fit-out execution, joinery details, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
