Job Summary

Luha Group LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, particularly in product categories such as IT supplies, cash counting machines, office equipment, building materials, and sandbags. The candidate should be confident in developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to corporate and construction sector clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • IT Supplies and Accessories
  • Cash Counters and Currency Handling Equipment
  • Office Equipment and Business Machines
  • Building Materials
  • Sandbags and Construction-related Products
  • Experience dealing with construction companies, contractors, trading companies, and corporate clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and/or Malayalam is highly preferred.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within the UAE construction, trading, or corporate sectors.
  • Experience in preparing quotations and handling B2B sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer requirements.
