About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Estimation Coordinator with experience in toilet cubicles, operable partitions, or interior fit-out products. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, quotations, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries and follow up promptly
- Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and specifications
- Work on products such as:
- Toilet cubicles
- Operable / movable partitions
- Dormitory / institutional fit-out packages
- Assist in technical coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Track enquiries, quotations, and order status
- Support the sales team with documentation and project follow-ups
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance with client requirements
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- Toilet cubicles / partition systems / fit-out industry
- Experience in quotation preparation and estimation is essential
- Familiarity with BOQs, specifications, and supplier coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Canva / Photoshop is an advantage
