Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Unitary / VRF systems to join our ENIM team. This role drives sales of Unitary / VRF HVAC systems, acting as a technical expert and key point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs, conduct site assessments, and design tailored HVAC solutions using Unitary / VRF technology.

Develop detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, contracting, and engineering sectors.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, communicating the value of Unitary / VRF systems.

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) for seamless project execution.

Provide technical support to customers during installation and commissioning.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Unitary / VRF segment.

Maintain detailed project documentation, client communication logs, and sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience selling or designing HVAC systems, focused on Unitary / VRF technology.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles, system components, and control strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
