We Are Hiring: Sales Engineer – Qatar

SunPowerGen is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote and sell pneumatic products, industrial spare parts, and industrial automation products
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits and generate qualified sales enquiries
  • Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities


Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of local sales experience in Qatar
  • Experience in selling pneumatic products, industrial spare parts, or industrial automation products
  • Good knowledge of Qatar’s industrial customers, market segments, and business environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory


Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.


Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, technically sound, and capable of independently managing customers and business development activities in the Qatar market.
