- Greets and receives customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Directs customers by escorting them through the shop.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manages financial transactions.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash other credit and debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Skills
- Should have at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Must speak Arabic fluently – reading and writing English is required.
- Must possess general computer skills.
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs
- Willingness to become subject matter expert
