  • Responds to customers’ questions.
  • Directs customers by escorting them through the shop.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Manages financial transactions.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash other credit and debit cards.
  • Alerts management of potential security issues.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Skills

  • Should have at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Must speak Arabic fluently – reading and writing English is required.
  • Must possess general computer skills.
  • High-energy, friendly personality
  • Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs
  • Willingness to become subject matter expert
