Sales Engineer (MEP & Interior Fit Out) Jobs in Doha at Inspire Management Training Center
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in MEP and Interior Fit-Out solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the MEP and construction sectors. This role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, interior fit-out solutions, and the ability to provide customized solutions that align with client requirements, project specifications, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project managers, and end clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP and interior fit-out sectors.
- Promote MEP systems and interior fit-out solutions to potential clients.
- Provide technical consultations and recommend suitable solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project opportunities, sales pipelines, and market trends to achieve sales targets.
- Support contract negotiations and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience in Qatar within the MEP and/or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related services.
- Experience in interior fit-out products, solutions, and construction projects.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and sales performance track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements effectively.
