Job Title: Sales Engineer – Maintenance Division (Swimming Pools & Landscaping)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in swimming pool and landscaping maintenance services and a proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for swimming pool and landscaping maintenance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the swimming pool and landscaping industry, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool maintenance systems, landscaping maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be be given preference.
