Sales Engineer – Civil Construction
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities and generate sales for civil construction projects. The candidate should have experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, or commercial construction and be able to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial construction is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
