Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to introduce & sell Culligan solutions for Water & wastewater treatment in the commercial, industrial and Government sectors
  • Support to develop the dealer business in the region
  • Generate new opportunities using lead generation & management, networking, building relationships and cold calling
  • Develop & implement sales strategies through a robust sales plan which is in line with company’s goals for sales, revenue, profitability, and growth
  • Nurture and grow key customer relationships in the target customer segments
  • Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts, market & competitor analysis reports to the Sales Manager
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts
  • Maintain timely communication with customers
  • Review enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • Prepare submittals
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team in smooth handover of orders
  • Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers / prospects
  • Keen to take any other responsibility assigned by management

Prerequisites

  • Strong sales & detail-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasker with ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Possess high degree of integrity and work ethics
  • Self-starter, ambitious, self-motivated, team player, and resourceful with positive attitude
  • Analytical thinker with quick problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • UAE driving license

Formal Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience in UAE in managing water & wastewater solutions.
