We are hiring a Business Development Executive.
This role includes both indoor office work (calls, proposals, coordination) and outdoor activities (client visits, field meetings, and market outreach).
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain banking‑related services to clients
- Conduct indoor tasks: calling, follow‑ups, proposal preparation
- Conduct outdoor tasks: client meetings, field visits, networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for service processing
Requirements:
- Experience in banking services, sales, or business development (preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and target‑driven
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
