About the Role
NFI Middle East FZCO is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & E-Commerce Intern to support both our Sales and E-Commerce teams. This internship provides practical exposure to FMCG sales, online marketplaces, customer relationship management, digital commerce, and business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in Sales, E-Commerce, Business Development, or Digital Commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer documentation.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer records and sales data.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and deliveries.
E-Commerce
- Assist in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
- Handle customer inquiries received through online platforms.
- Track product availability and inventory updates.
- Assist in planning online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing and online market trends.
- Generate basic sales and marketplace performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
