About the Role
A leading global video technology provider is seeking a Sales Director (EMEA) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role, requiring a commercially driven professional with a strong network in the media, streaming, and telecommunications industries.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions for media and streaming platforms, developing regional go-to-market strategies, and closing high-value deals with broadcasters, OTT services, and telcos. You will be responsible for creating and executing regional sales plans, working closely with customer success and technical teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the media, OTT, and broadcasting sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Lead complex sales negotiations, from initial engagement to contract closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for regional growth and expansion.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales within the media, broadcasting, or streaming industry.
Strong network of C-level and senior stakeholders in the EMEA region.
A track record of exceeding annual revenue targets and driving new business.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with long-term customer engagement.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and industry stakeholders.
