Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Engineering degree will be a big plus

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the NDT/Oil & Gas industry

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Proposal Management

Prepare accurate and timely quotations for various services and projects on a daily basis.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate cost estimations and service descriptions.

Purchase Orders (PO) & Follow-ups

Follow up on submitted quotations to convert them into confirmed Purchase Orders.

Ensure timely collection of POs from all concerned sales personnel.

Timesheet Collection & Verification

Collect timesheets from the operations department without any delays to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.

Verify timesheet entries for accuracy and coordinate with the operations team for any discrepancies.

Client Interaction & Communication

Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries and provide necessary support.

Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

Sales Coordination & Team Support

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide necessary administrative support.

Ensure seamless coordination between the sales, technical, and finance teams for smooth project execution.

Job/Cost Summary Preparation

Prepare job cost summaries, including cost breakdowns, profitability analysis, and budget tracking.

Maintain accurate records of all quotations, orders, and invoices for financial reporting.

Order Processing & Documentation

Manage order processing from quotation to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation at each stage.

Ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place before order execution.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator in the NDT/Oil & Gas industry.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, quotations, and order management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
