We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our recruitment agency in Oman. The ideal candidate will coordinate operational activities, maintain records, communicate with clients and candidates, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Follow up on recruitment tasks and documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or administration.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Recruitment agency experience is an advantage.
