Procurement Executive – Signage Jobs in Dubai at GALAXY METAL INDUSTRIES LLC – PROCESS PLANT EQUIPMENT DIVISION
Galaxy Metal Industries LLC is looking for a Procurement Executive to join our Signage Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive rates.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with warehouse and project teams.
- Review material specifications and ensure purchases meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Production, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE.
- Experience in signage, advertising, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and local market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
