Provide quotes, product details, and assist in order processing.
Maintain and update customer records and order status.
Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and product standards.
Support sales representatives with product information and documentation.
Track sales orders and resolve issues with shipments or product quality.
