Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Jaddaf / Dubai Islands, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 (Lump Sum Package)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise and luxury villa construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise and luxury villa construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities to resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports, project forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Manage contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline (Mandatory).
- Master’s Degree and/or PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- 15+ years of experience in high-rise and luxury villa construction projects within the UAE.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a construction contractor (Main Contractor experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, project management methodologies, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
