Job Title: Firefighting Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Firefighting Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair firefighting systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with fire protection equipment and ensure all systems comply with local safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair firefighting systems, including sprinkler systems, fire hose reels, hydrants, pumps, and fire extinguishers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of firefighting equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in firefighting systems and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of firefighting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with UAE Civil Defense regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times.
- Respond to emergency service calls when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Firefighting Technician.
- Hands-on experience with sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, valves, and extinguishers.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and firefighting system layouts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
