Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team by managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, documentation, and coordination with internal departments. The role will ensure smooth and timely execution of customer orders from enquiry through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, sales orders, and related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates to customers and the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and sales records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules where applicable.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries to support sales conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
- Assist the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and maintained properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably within HORECA, hospitality supplies, trading, retail, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in Qatar is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period are preferred.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
