Job Description:
? Prepare accurate sales quotations, commercial offers and proposals based on customer inquiries and RFQs.
? Coordinate with the Operations Manager, technical teams, and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and technical information.
? Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and confirmed orders, ensuring smooth coordination through to delivery/service execution.
? Maintain sales records, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation while providing general administrative support to the sales team
