esponsibilities:

Helpingthe sales team to improve their productivity by contactingcustomers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality,

up-to-date

supportmaterial.

Handling urgent calls, emails, andmessages when sales representatives are unavailable, answeringcustomer queries, informing them of delays, arranging deliverydates, and scheduling marketingevents.

Handling orders by phone, email, ormail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts,and product numbers.

Inputting orders, ensuringthey are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuringall orders are accurate and delivered ontime.

Collaborating with other departments toensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handledefficiently.

Developing and maintaining filingsystems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, andprovide financial information to the financedepartment.

Hiring and training sales staff andensuring staff meets their quotas andgoals.

Managing budgets for expenses likebonuses, marketing, and travel.

Making thecompany’s products and services as attractive to potentialcustomers as possible.
