Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting branch sales activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution. The role coordinates customer requirements, quotations, order processing, delivery schedules, supplier coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Process sales orders and monitor order status until completion.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Support the sales team in achieving branch sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Assist in follow-up of outstanding quotations and customer feedback.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily branch operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Track inventory availability and support stock planning.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for transactions and operations.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities when required.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and branch policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the power generation or diesel generator industry.
- Familiarity with diesel generator systems, components, and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Freshers in QATAR are welcome to apply
