Electrician cum A/C Technician Jobs in Dubai at Local Bakery in AbuDhabi
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· To maintain all the electrical equipment in good working condition.
· Maintenance and repair work of all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment ensuring the ongoing safe efficient running of the Hotel
· Electrical Maintenance of single and 3 phase supplied distribution systems
· All lighting and in – house power installations/appliances
· Emergency services, Fire alarms, Lighting, Batteries and standby power requirements and including generator
· Control systems to M&E related processes generally in equipment, televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets etc. All guest and service lifts.
· To maintain all electrical control panels in accurate function.
· To prepare preventative maintenance schedule.
· To maintain the cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors, electrical appliances, etc.
· To ensure that the work done by subordinates is according to the specified standard.
· To ensure that all related tools are in safe place and in working condition.
· To follow the preventative maintenance chart strictly and to maintain records for future reference.
· To coordinate with other departments and to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and also to create healthy relationship in between inter-departments.
· To create on the job training amongst Engineering staff and create opportunities for them to be able to handle a limited scale.
