Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all contracts of the company in pre-contract phase and execution phase, and supervision of all company’s projects.
– Contracts Management in pre-contract phase
– Analyses the conditions of the contract, put forward countermeasures, review bidding documents, and chair the contract negotiation in the bidding process.
– Drafts and prepares the main contract according to marketing needs.
– Contract Management in execution phase
– Responsible for MENA and North Africa project commercial contract management, including contract administration, payment management, contract variation and claims management, subcontract management, coordinate and handle commercial matters and disputes during project execution, and assist with project finance.
– Project Supervision
– Supervises the projects for China Headquarter, provides related information and documents for the supervising team of China Headquarter, provides necessary support to project team.
– Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
