Responsibilities

Update and manage all company clients

.Provide complete back-office support to sales team

.Bring business and support sales team to achieve business plan

.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

.Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

.Develop, implement, maintain and achieve quality management system as per international standards

.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

.Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results

.Identify and evaluate alternative materials (contingency planning)

.Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results

.In conjunction with the wider team, develop initiatives and action plans to reduce the level of complaints and non-conformance. In case of customer complaints, coordinate with customer and follow correction, root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive actions

.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

.To carry out other duties as is within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager

Qualification

Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in sales related role

Min 1 year experience working with the INSPECTION companies

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication ski
