Sales Commercial Manager Jobs in Baghdad, Iraq at stepture

 Sales:

· Create and develop the sales strategy for the market, in line with the sales goals agreed for the Brands, and ensures attainment of Company sales goals and profitability.

· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans in the point of sales

· Provides timely feedback regarding Sales performance.

· Manage client relationships in all matters, from presentation of new products to problem-solving at the point of sale. 

· Negotiate and close deals, and support the Brand executive in all deals.

· Support the Brand executive in advising retailers and wholesalers on the company’s policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.

· In Coordination with OM, provide timely and competitive pricing and discount rates to reduce stock

· Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by her/him and by her/his team

· Consolidate and report to OM on a monthly basis sales reports and provide periodic analysis on sell in.

· Collecting customer feedback and market research in coordination with Brand executive.

· Monitor and provide feedback of activities and strategies implemented by competitors that affect our competitive advantage.

· Have a direct understanding of client needs and keep comprehensive customer data base

Commercial:

·  Consolidate and report every month local reports and provide periodic analysis on sell out, sales & market share.

·  Create a rapport with each client/retailer in order to sustain good working relations

Merchandising:

· Follow up with brand executive in all matters related to brand merchandising
