Site Engineer Jobs in Dubai at Lmar Marketing
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Site Engineer responsible for supervising on-site civil activities, coordinating utility works, and managing NOC-related requirements. The role ensures that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, authority regulations, and project specifications while maintaining smooth coordination between site operations and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to civil construction and utility works.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with utility authorities for NOCs, inspections, and approvals.
- Manage utility diversion, relocation, and protection works (water, electricity, telecom, sewerage, etc.).
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve site issues.
- Monitor progress of works and report delays, risks, or technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and authority regulations on site.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
- Assist in resolving clashes between civil works and underground/overhead utilities.
- Support QA/QC activities and ensure quality of executed works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in site supervision, utilities coordination, and NOC handling.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and utility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and utility drawings.
- Familiarity with authority procedures and infrastructure approvals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills on site.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and handle site pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in infrastructure, roads, rail, or metro projects
- Knowledge of utility diversion and relocation procedures
- Experience working with government authorities and consultants
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and project reporting tools
