Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our steel structure, aluminium, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) solutions across Saudi Arabia. This role combines business development with technical sales — you’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and work closely with our engineering and estimation teams to convert enquiries into secured projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and EPC sectors across Saudi Arabia
- Generate leads for steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, aluminium, and facade/cladding projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and EPC clients
- Coordinate with the estimation and engineering teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and RFQs through to successful order closure
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable business
- Read and interpret technical drawings/specifications to support proposal accuracy
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity
- Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, quotations, and project status
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the project execution team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales — ideally within steel, PEB, aluminium, or construction-related industries (adjacent industries also considered)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing client network in Saudi Arabia is a plus
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across KSA
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 – ﷼15,000.00 per month
