Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Promote products and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable sales area.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and other sales-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Own vehicle is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
