Recruiter Job Overview
TomorrowWorld is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying top talent, and supporting the company’s expansion by attracting and hiring qualified professionals across various departments.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about talent acquisition, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with department managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring practices, and labour market developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
