Head of Liabilities (Retail Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Liabilities to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of the Retail Liabilities portfolio.

Key Requirements
12+ years of banking experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles within consumer liabilities, deposits, or investments.
Strong expertise in CASA, savings, term deposits, investments, and bancassurance propositions.
Deep understanding of deposit growth, CASA optimisation, pricing, ALM, and cost of funds.
Experience in product strategy, portfolio management, and P&L ownership.
Strong knowledge of Sharia-compliant deposit structures.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
