Responsibilities:
• Leading the architectural design team and managing large projects
• Preparing and reviewing architectural and design plans
• Coordinating with various engineering departments
• Overseeing the execution of design on-site
• Developing design concepts and client presentations
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 10 to 25 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD / Revit / 3ds Max / SketchUp
• Experience in contracting and construction projects
• Preferred candidates with experience in the Gulf market

Position Two: Technical Office Architect

Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing the technical office for the contracting department
• Reviewing and monitoring the execution plans and shop drawings
• Coordinating between the technical office, site, and consultants
• Following up on change requests and modification orders
• Preparing periodic technical reports
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 10 to 25 years of experience in technical office work with contracting companies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
• High accuracy in reviewing technical documents
• Preferred candidates with experience in the Gulf market
