- Tele Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This is an office-based role focused on generating business opportunities by contacting potential clients across the Middle East and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our premium water filtration solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between interested clients and our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the company CRM.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects until meetings are confirmed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on our products and services to confidently communicate their key benefits.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
