Quantity Surveyor (Entry Level)
Location: Project Site / Office (Construction / Industrial – Qatar)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Entry Level Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and cost control functions of construction projects. The role involves assisting in quantity take-offs, measurement, cost tracking, and preparation of project documentation under the guidance of senior QS and project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Support cost monitoring and budget tracking activities
- Help prepare interim payment applications and invoices
- Assist in valuation of completed works and subcontractor payments
- Track project variations and update cost records
- Coordinate with site engineers and project team for measurements
- Maintain QS documentation and filing systems
- Support preparation of reports and commercial summaries
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying is sufficient (entry level role)
- Experience in construction / industrial / oil & gas projects preferred
- Basic understanding of measurement, drawings, and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and work in a site-based environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Experience in Qatar construction projects is an advantage
- Exposure to scaffolding, industrial, or maintenance projects preferred
