Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to promote and lease residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market available properties to prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate lease terms.
- Prepare lease agreements and documentation.
- Maintain occupancy targets.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of leasing experience.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
