We are seeking a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused female Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a leading perfume company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to drive sales through personalized customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge about perfumes, including notes, longevity, and suitability.
- Assist customers in finding their desired fragrance or recommending alternatives based on preferences.
- Demonstrate perfume application and usage techniques.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display counters.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and company policies.
- Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance in line with brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of retail experience (perfume/cosmetics preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
