Noor Safety Consultants LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, office-based position where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our inspection and safety training services, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote the company’s services.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Experience in safety training, third-party inspection, lifting equipment, fall protection equipment, construction, industrial services, or HSE-related industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is required
