We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team. If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting and marketing the company’s properties across digital platforms.
Handling client inquiries professionally and providing accurate information about the properties.
Identifying potential clients and converting them into actual clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers. Conducting property viewings and following up with clients. Coordinating with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or real estate (UAE experience is an advantage). Fluency in Arabic is required. Excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities; presentable, energetic, and goal-oriented. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Multilingual proficiency preferred (English/Arabic/Hindi/Urdu).
