Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping and contracting industry within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience in landscaping and contracting projects.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
