Key Responsibilities:
· Masterfully prepare, shape, and bake a variety of croissants, including classic, flavored, and filled variations.
· Develop and experiment with innovative croissant recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
· Ensure all croissants meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
· Manage daily production schedules and maintain a well-organized workstation.
· Oversee inventory to ensure freshness and availability of necessary ingredients.
· Collaborate with the pastry team to maintain smooth operations and introduce new products.
· Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
· Previous experience specializing in croissant-making or pastry production.
· Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
· Expertise in laminating dough and creating consistent, high-quality pastries.
· Eye for detail, ensuring all products meet both flavor and aesthetic standards.
· Strong work ethic with the ability to manage time efficiently in a high-paced kitchen.
