Location: Saudi Arabia – Central Region project sites | Type: Full-time
Thabit Trading and Contracting Company is hiring a Safety Engineer to lead HSE compliance on a large multi-site facility management program.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement the site safety program. Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments (JSA/HIRA). Operate the permit-to-work system. Deliver inductions and toolbox talks. Investigate incidents and maintain HSE records and training logs.
Mandatory Requirements:
- BSc in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering field
- NEBOSH IGC certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operational safety programs
- Fluent English; valid Saudi driver’s license
Preferred: Prior Saudi Aramco approval as HSE Engineer/Supervisor (highly preferred); OSHA 30, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001.
