Safety Assistant Jobs in Dubai at Broad AL Nahrain Building Contracting
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Safety Officer in promoting and maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
- Help identify hazards at the workplace and support in implementing preventive measures.
- Check whether workers are using helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and other protective equipment correctly.
- Support in organizing and delivering basic safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Observe site activities and report non-compliance or unsafe practices to the Safety Officer.
- Help record accidents, near-miss incidents, and safety observations.
- Support in stopping unsafe practices and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
- Help update inspection logs, attendance for training, and incident reports.
Requirements and Skills
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety practices
- Knowledge of PPE and site safety procedures
- Ability to observe and report hazards effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in construction/site environment
- Safety-related certification is an advantage
- 1–2 years of site experience preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
