Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Female Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the sales team, manage client communications, and ensure smooth coordination of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and business objectives.
Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including invoices and purchase orders.
Handle administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
