Fixera Car Services is looking for a reliable and well-organized Driver cum Purchaser to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safe and timely driving duties, purchasing materials and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting daily operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for business-related tasks.
- Purchase automotive parts, materials, tools, office supplies, and other required items as instructed.
- Visit suppliers, vendors, workshops, and other locations to collect quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of goods, documents, and company items.
- Compare prices, check product quality, and assist in selecting suitable suppliers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
- Coordinate with the operations, workshop, and administration teams regarding purchasing requirements.
- Inspect purchased items to ensure they match the required specifications and quantity.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, traffic fines, accidents, or any operational concerns immediately.
- Follow company procedures, safety rules, and Qatar traffic regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Must be currently available in Qatar.
- Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Previous experience as a driver, purchaser, messenger, or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar roads, suppliers, garages, and automotive parts markets is an advantage.
- Ability to negotiate prices and communicate professionally with suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and purchase documentation.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to handle collection and delivery of materials when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive, garage, car service, or spare parts industry.
- Basic computer or mobile application skills for sharing locations, invoices, and purchase updates.
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, or Malayalam is an advantage.
Pay: QAR2,050.00 per month
