You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. Working closely with the finance team, you will be responsible for various financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes
ABOUT THE FUNCTION
The Burj Khalifa Finance function plays a pivotal role in managing the financial health of the company, making strategic financial decisions, optimizing capital allocation, and ensuring that financial resources are used effectively to drive the organization towards its goals.
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE: WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Budgetary Control:
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions along with RERA audit
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Internal Controls:
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Month-end and Year-end Closing:
Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Audit Support:
Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure proper submission of details for SF Budget Review, Interim Audit, Final Audit for submission to RERA
Ensure compliance with requirements of RERA with Cost Allocation Study, CRF study by providing necessary details and engaging respective departments with external consultants for timely submission to RERA
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support overall business objectives.
Team Support:
Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Engage and support OES team for timely and accurate reporting

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA,CPA,ACCA, CMA) is a plus/must.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing and reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
