- Prepare and set up rigging equipment for lifting operations.
- Inspect slings, chains, hooks, and lifting gear before use.
- Attach and secure loads properly to ensure safe lifting.
- Signal crane operators using standard hand signals or communication devices.
- Guide loads during lifting, moving, and positioning.
- Ensure load stability and balance throughout the operation.
- Follow lifting plans and safety procedures at all times.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or defective equipment.
- Maintain rigging tools and ensure proper storage after use.
Pay: AED2,900.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
